Kristina Casola, LMFT
First Alarm Wellness Founder, Consultant, Speaker, Lead Therapist
While many professionals specialize in certain areas, they often don’t have the extensive training and experience necessary when it comes to providing support in trauma situations.
I have fifteen years experience counseling first responders, veterans, and victims in crisis situations. I have undergone extensive training to be equipped to support you.
After working with the Veterans Administration for several years, I currently work in private practice. I serve as Disaster Mental Health Supervisor for the San Diego County Red Cross and provide services to several agencies across California.
As a therapist and as a consultant, my approach is goal-oriented and direct -- I pride myself on providing quality resources, information, and guidance to eliminate obstacles to recovery and ensure your success.
